The college I go to has a one-month mini-term between first and second semester, taking up essentially all of january. During this (Winter Term), we basically get to pick a project/class intensive and do only that all month. My project is painting on cards from Magic: The Gathering. Basically I'm extending the artwork to cover more of the card. It's fun and getting be back into painting/traditional art, which I've been trying to get myself back into. Anyway, I'm aiming to complete 1-2 cards a day. I'll try to post pictures of them fairly regularly.

Well it's been a while since I did a journal! And since I've been on. Long story short, my computer was out of commission for a month, so while I could borrow friends' for work I didn't have time to roam the internets as I usually do. It was tragic. BUT. I have it back now! And it is nearly spring, and I will be in Costa Rica for spring break so you can finally expect some pictures from me. Before then, I'll try to upload the rest of my black&white film prints, that somehow are still not up oops. All that! School is lots of work! But life is good! So yeah. :)

Hello hello! I know I've been basically dead this summer, which is strange since it's usually my most creative time. Part of this was due to the loss of my hard drive, but thankfully, it was recovered! Which is a big relief. And now, the exciting news... I am in college! I'm attending a small liberal arts school. This has been my first week of classes. It's fun, but it's going to be a lot of work. This means I may not have as much time for creative writing/photography, except for the other exciting news... ...I am taking a photography class! But more than that, a FILM photography class!
